Sylvester Stallone starred in a little unknown movie from the 90s called Demolition Man.

It was about a futuristic world where a cop was chryogenically frozen, and then reawakened in the future to stop a super villian. It starred Wesley Snipes as the main bad guy, who had fought Stallone (John Spartan) in his own time, and they were both frozen to come to fight one another in the future. It is America 30 years in the future. Sandra Bullock plays the aloof future cop helping Stallone adapt to the future. She is technologically savvy, and attractive, but unaware of her natural instincts as much as she should be. Snipes is an insane genius villian who is cunning with weapons and has died his hair blond and cut it into a mohawk. Snipes shows off the carnal nature of the villian in a way that is not seen in most ANY movie. Except maybe for Castor Troy in Face Off (played by Nicolas Cage). He embodies the energy of the villian in a spectacular way, and Stallone is the steadfast good-doing hero cop who is destined to stop him. The movie has many futuristic inventions, including automated travel, advanced fast food restaurants, and new laser weaponry. Simon Pheonix (Snipes) is already getting his own huge band of soldiers, and Stallone goes to battle him one on one with guns, cars, lasers, and whatever else he can get his hands on. Sandra Bullock is the lost but helpful and informative sidecock. She serves as a sort of a love relationship to Spartan. The movie shows the future as it would be: with new transportation, new bathroom using technology, and holograms. Bullock is stunning in the movie, every bit as hot as she is hyped to be. Benjamin Bratt is the very good looking secondary actor, who makes a great supporting performance. Snipes actually knew martial arts at the time this movie was filmed. He was an accomplished black belt. This contributed to the poise of the character and skilled action sequences of Simon Pheonix. He was an excellent fighter, and a worthy adversary of Stallone. Arnold Shwarzenegger is even alluded to in the movie as the president. This movie is extremely well done with many futuristically built props and sets. It all looks so realistic. Each actor doesn't skip a beat, either. Everyone comes together for an amazing performance. The future characters of the humans however are a bit robotic at times. The movie can be a little raw and outright violent, too. But it's a dazzling performance by Snipes. Stallone is at his best, and Sandra never looked better. -Movie Review Corner
